Fun Fridays Enrichment
"Fun Fridays" is a drop off program with classes every Friday offered to homeschooling families for children ages 7-9. Our full time students are also present for these classes. Continue reading to see what our program offers!
Spanish lessons will be taught from a multi-sensory and hands-on approach. We will play games, sing songs, and create an interactive notebook that will show the progress of the words and phrases we have learned so far. Children who can read and write will also have a Spanish workbook to complete for enrichment. Our program is called, “iHola Mis Amigos! (Hello My Friends!”
STEAM activities will allow students the opportunity to problem solve creatively and experience integration of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. Students will collaborate with peers to complete tasks and will be guided by inquiry, investigation, and exploration as they engage in communication and experience deeper level thinking and understanding.
Bible devotional and character development will be a part of our time together on Fridays. We will read the Bible, memorize Scripture, and talk about how God’s Word applies to our lives. We will read books that help children know what the Bible says about their everyday challenges and struggles in an age-appropriate way.
Nature play and exploration happens in all sorts of weather. Tending to a vegetable garden and caring for chickens in our backyard are a normal part of our routine.
Holiday celebrations and special themed days will take place periodically on Fridays throughout the year.
We will host an event or two outside of school hours where all kids and families of Sweetland Homeschool Community are invited to come and spend time together throughout the year.

Tuition and Fees
Fun Friday Cost: $50 per class
(each Friday: September - May commitment)
One-Time Fees
Application Fee: $40 (non-refundable)
Materials Fee: $60 (due upon first tuition payment)
Please Note:

Materials fee includes consumable items such as curriculum workbooks, construction paper, printer ink, cardstock, paint, stickers, craft supplies, seasonal/holiday supplies etc

Attendance and payment are expected for every Friday we are in school. You will receive an invoice at the beginning of each month.

The following are dates we will not have class:
October 13th - Fall Break
November 24th - Thanksgiving
December 22nd and 29th - Christmas Break
March 29th - Spring Break
Application submission is currently open for children ages 7-9 for Fun Fridays. A $40 nonrefundable application fee is due upon submission of registration contract. Please make checks payable to Brandae Sweetland or send Venmo to @Brandae-Sweetland
